Mark A. France, born in Pontiac, MI, is a filmmaker and photographer, striving to share his talents with the world. A professional Special Effects Artist, Mark has worked on over forty feature length and short films, as well as giving lectures and teaching classes on independent filmmaking effects and stage makeup.
